The International Exchange Office and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of Wuzhou University, is the administrative department that manages foreign affairs. Main functions of the Office are as follows: maintaining friendly relationship with universities outside the Chinese mainland and abroad so as to enhance inter-school exchange and cooperation; developing joint education programs; promoting Chinese language and Chinese culture; recruiting foreign teachers; being responsible for training for personnel before their going abroad ; approving foreign-related activities on campus.

      The Office consists of two sections, namely, Foreign Affairs Section and International Student Management Section .
